we will make up the difference plus 5%. We want our customers

the absolute lowest price available, PERIOD. We will also recognize

order online with us, you will enter a secure area provided by Bank
of America. Your credit card will be processed by one of the most
secure and recognized banking institutions in the world. If your
credit card is accepted, you will be notified in seconds. The bank
notifies us that the card has been accepted and we ship the order.
This way you shop in total privacy. One of the safest shopping environments
anywhere. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold
you responsible for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If you
are held liable for the $50.00 through no fraud intended on your
part while making purchases at the Wax Station Secure Server, we
will cover up to and including the $50.00.
ORDERING

or your personal check. Orders placed via personal checks are shipped
when your check has cleared. Orders placed with a Money Order will
be shipped upon receipt.

are not comfortable ordering online you can order by fax or U.S.
mail. To order by fax or mail just complete the shopping cart process.
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to print the completed
form. Send this form along with your check or money order to the

SHIPPING MADE EASY
Retail, Dealer, & Club customers will be charged UPS ground
shipping fees depending on the zone, which will automatically be
calculated at checkout. Estimated arrival time will also be calculated
at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated by weight. We do not
calculate shipping charges by dollar amount purchased like some
of the other online stores. With one exception, single orders of
$100.00 or more will be shipped free. (This offer only valid on
single orders shipped within the continental United States. Excludes
cases.We reserve the right to limit this offer.)
For residents of Missouri, sales tax will also be automatically
calculated at checkout.
For orders to
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipping charges may be higher.
When placing orders outside the Continental U.S., please include
your e-mail address, fax, or phone number so that we can contact
you for best shipping arrangements. Some countries require special
duties, taxes, and tariffs; therefore, it is important that we are
able to contact you with total shipping costs and methods.
We also offer
UPS Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day Guaranteed Delivery.
We carry all
items in stock 99.9% of the time. In the rare event that we are
out of an item, it will be shipped immediately upon arrival, at
no additional shipping costs to you.
FAST SHIPPING
All orders received before 12:00 noon Central Standard Time
are usually shipped on the same day, except for holidays and weekends.
Because of our central location, we can usually ship to either coast
to arrive within 4 to 5 days. Closer proximity to the central U.S.
allows receipt of your order within two to four days.
Once your order
has been shipped, we will notify you immediately via e-mail with
the UPS tracking number. Tracking numbers with other carriers are
not provided.
All claims of
lost shipment should be reported to us within five days of expected
shipment. Damaged shipments should be reported immediately upon

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason,
return the product and we will replace it or refund your money in
full (excluding shipping charges). To return an item, you must contact
us in advance to obtain a returned goods authorization number. Products
must be returned prepaid. No collect shipments will be received.
Manufacturer's warranties apply to all of our products. Should a
problem arise, contact us immediately for assistance with the manufacturer
at customerservice@waxstation.com.
We reserve the
right to limit excess quantity shipments.
